Warranty - Table Designs warrants its products to be free from factory defects for a period of 1 year from date of shipment. The warranty will not apply to products that are damaged by accident or improper use and will be provided without charge when the product has been used for its intended
purpose. The factory reserves the right to inspect prior to repair or
replacement.

Maintenance - Epoxy resin is a fine furniture finish and when properly cared for will last the life of the tabletop. Clean with a soft cloth and non-abrasive liquid glass cleaner. Hot plates and cups (over 150 degrees) and dinnerware with abrasive bases should not be placed directly on the finish. Tuff-Kote resin and conversion varnish are more resistant to scratching and heat distortion but should be treated with reasonable care.

Quotations - Price quotations are valid for 30 days. Please contact the
factory or a representative for a guaranteed quotation.

Samples – Stain samples will be provided at no charge. Finished corner
samples will be provided upon request for confirmed orders. Samples for
quotation purposes require a $50 refundable deposit.

Ordering – All orders must be confirmed in writing and production will be scheduled upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

Shipping - Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from receipt of deposit. Rush orders will be obliged whenever possible. All tables are packed and shipped in crates suitable for any destination. Individual crates may weigh as much as 1,000 lbs., please advise regarding size or weight limits. Crates are shipped best way or by specified common carrier.

Payment - All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment unless credit has been established. Credit customers are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Cancellation/Storage - Due to the unique nature of custom designed and manufactured tables, cancellation of work in progress will result in loss of deposit. Completed orders may not be cancelled or returned. Tables may be stored for up to two weeks beyond the agreed ship date at no charge, long term storage is available at additional cost.
